I have read all about it and I agree wholeheartedly with the prosecutors:

What you just posted undermines your judgments that he is a child molester in waiting and instead points to the fact that this was a sick joke and not pedophilia.
I’m fine with the parents suing if they feel they need to for privacy issues, but prison time is ridiculous.

The camera in the posted video scans the audience of smiling children and every child's face is recognizable.
If this is a valid defense arguement, how many murderers, arsonists, etc... can use it to get away with their crimes?
