Crooked mortgage brokers have done this for years, forging docs, appraisals, notarizations. Nothing new.
My grandson’s mother forged a letter that was signed by a doctor. She was trying to keep grandson and not return him after Christmas break, so doctor’s letter recommended the child stay with her. She submitted it as evidence. The guardian ad litem assigned to our grandson’s case discovered the fraud, and suggested the judge admonish the mother before the court. We are still awaiting the out come and her slap on the wrist.
