In the long term, if the left hadn’t taken away the value of education (content, and in a sense, oversupply), made the classroom a place of disrespect and social engineering, and foregone quality in teachers for the sake harming the quality of American citizens, the teachers would have far more support. The liberals accuse us of not valuing education, and the common man as too stupid to value it, and can’t even see that if that is the situation, they caused it. It will be shown that over the last 50 years they shot themselves in the foot.

If Unions cared about their members and children:

They would lower their compelled dues that members pay until wages catch up to the increases costs.

Create a sliding scale to match annual increases.

Lower from the 1,000+ annual dues to 500.00 and raise a few points each year!

I've said before that it's time for Gov. Walker to take Obama to federal court on the grouds that Obama is violating Article IV of the US Constitution by leading the insurrection in Wisconsin.

Article IV Section 4:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Obama is openly working to undermine the Republican Form of Government in Wisconsin by blocking the state's legislative process, essentially attacking it by using its apparatus against itself. He is effectively supporting the overthrow of the newly elected government and legislative process in Wisconsin by ignoring the Wisconsin State Constitution, just as he is ignoring the United States Constitution.

Obama, and his henchmen should be blocked and restrained from approaching Wisconsin legislators on the grounds that it violates the federal government's Article IV requirement to "guarantee... a Republican Form of Government" in Wisconsin.

Obama involving himself in this mess is overstepping his authority directly against the constitution.

But that is what he is about. He was always concerned with the limitations that were put on the federal government,trying desperately to find ways around it through every crack and loophole.

And I see that over 26% of those union teachers (can afford to) have their own kids in private schools!
