Its already all over the net way before this post. Or any of the post about her on here. Besides that, how would anyone other than herself know her Lic number?

The doctor will either have a record of an appointment or she won’t. The school admin should give their own names as well to see if they can catch her lying about the confirmations. That way you’ll know who to charge in fraud, RICO, tenure, or medical board actions.
