“Shropshire, James H - Credential Type: Medicine and Surgery (20) - Credential Number: 33770-20; Location: MONONA, WI The LIC# isn’t the same. They’re NOT matching up!”
—I found a blog written by a NY physician who is writing about this. In the comments, somebody who identifies as another physician points out (and the NY physician agrees):
“Of the note that I saw, the license number didn’t match any possible entry in the Wisconsin medical board register at http://online.drl.wi.gov/LicenseLookup/IndividualCredentialSearch.aspx
So, fraud is being committed.
And as a physician, handing these out without examining the patient is malpractice.”

Good roundup on Pundit Press, Qbert. Those doctors will have lots of explaining to do this next week. The teachers won’t even be able to use these notes on Tuesday, or whenever they decide to return, for fear of being caught up in fraud. lol on them.
Thanks Qbert. BTW, that’s a great link so I’m bookmarking it. After I wrote that I took a bigger lens than my glasses to it and the second number might be a 3 not a 7 afterall. I’ve been reading on most blogs that the number of docs scored 3-4 but from this blog he says there were more than a dozen. I hope we got them all.
Did you read about this guy...the MD didn’t say so at the site but if he wrote prescriptions one would think he’d be in big trouble. He also loves sewing, cooking....and creative writing - one might wonder if he writes for the dailykos...:)
