Muslims are the ones who are carrying out Islam.

Sure. But the fundamental problem is not that Muslims are sinners - we are all sinners. The problem is the koran. It is a book inspired by Satan - and the people that pledged allegiance to this book are reeking havoc (i.e., doing the work of the hater of mankind - Satan).
So yes, Muslims are the ones following the koran - but I think the spotlight should be put on the book and what it says. This point is ignored in public. The koran instructs its adherents to provide the non-believers with 3 options: convert, be enslaved, or be killed. The point to be made to the muslim trapped in this cult is to ask him if he truly believes this book was inspired by the Creator God (who is Holy and Good) - or the Deceiver who seeks to promote misery and death amongst mankind.
