I talked to my Little(?) sister near Fresno this morning and she said the winds were bad but the heavy rain had bypassed them at that point in tike. She said the snow was down to 5,000’ and the weather channel showed the blinding snow on Donner with all the parked trucks...
No rain here either......yet. The winds have lessened.
