Yes, I finally found the rule on this. Wisconsin Joint Rule 11.

Good point about the non-appropriations bills. Start moving other bills that will hit the Dems where they live as long as they’re going to flip off the people of Wisconsin so publicly.

What is really sickening is,

Many Teachers who closed down their classes, brought their students to the “rally” with them. They (The unruly students) are running around, being obnoxious, disrupting news interviews and carrying protest signs against the Governor. All orchestrated and directed by their “Teacher's” (Indoctrinators) instructions.

They should be immediately fired for this. Like Reagan did with the Air Traffic Controllers.

I agree as well. When the Repubs going to quit being woosies & conciliatory, and start playing hardball with the socialist demoRAT bastards. If the roles were reversed & Repubs were MIA, the dems would have already turned the entire state into a socialist-fascist hellhole. I like Gov Walker & the Repubs in Wisconsin a lot (my birth state & my dad & sister still live there), but the time for niceness & conciliatory comments is over. Now its time to play gutter ball with the fascist bastard demoRATs, and smack them down so hard, they will never even think of pulling a stunt like this again.
