Yep! But normally reality doesn’t matter too much to liberals- yet you could see them grudgingly admit- this can’t go on..because of REALITY.
I have heard this as well. The Tea Parties have been asking for people to show up at the Capitol at noon Saturday. Just wondering, does the legislature/senate meet on the weekends?
This type of activity is right up the Obama alley. He is a community organizer and supportive of this action. He does not realize he is leader for all the people. The country needs his firm leadership and not him to take sides and cause trouble. It is too much to ask him to act like a president instead of a progressive activist in Chicago? What the he** is wrong with him?
The cool thing is that when they protest,

Doubtful “food riots” will be spurred on by increased prices at the super market. There is no eveidence we are anywhere near running out of food.
These illegal “teacher union” strikes are a manufacturered situation by sorass through his boy nobama. If these start happening all over, it will also be hardly spontaenous.
The unions are and have long been in the graft bed with the dems. These illegal union strikes will not go down well with an increasingly conservative America and will end badly for unions in general.
What we are seeing is a desparate move by dems because they have lost power and are rapidly loosing their voter majority.
Any State that allows a public services union to go on an illegal strike and does not fire any and all participants, then deserves being pushed around by thugs. Let em try this crap in Texas!

I know these leftist union goons well. Believe me, they are not trained in anything other than avoiding work, warming a barstool and sticking their hands out for freebies.
Wow, no, I live in L.A. and haven't seen anything like that. Of course, it wouldn't surprise me if it began soon, but so far we're okay. I'm a teacher and we are facing a lot of cuts and furlough days, but I think most of us understand that it's necessary.
States governers are being forced to reconcile taxes coming in against expenses. Unfunded federal mandates are killing state budgets and they can’t print money like the feds.
The governners in Wis, NJ, Ohio and others are facing reality that they don’t have the money. But the people who’s income is dependant on govt money aren’t willing to face that same reality. The obama “stimulus” money was intended to delay this event. Most of the money went to city and state governments to bolster the payroll expenses. That money is gone and the bills are due.
The public service unions and others who live off our tax money are about to have the rug pulled out from them.
This is cloward-piven in action. Collapse the system. And being done on purpose by the gangsters in this administration. Their operational principal is to never waste a crisis so they are intentionally creating a financial crisis in order to take advantage of the situation. This started with Barney Frank and Chris Dodd and has taken on a life of it’s own. Even if obama wanted to stop this, he can’t. It has started and we will have to live through some tough times until it can get sorted out.
Still hard to believe that this is actually happening in our country, but given who populates the democrat party, it makes sense.

This is the giant donkey in the room that no one is talking about. The highly compensated union leadership will pull out all the stops so as to not lose their extortion power - not only over their Democratic whore politicians, but also the captive union membership at large.

Stock up folks, if anything we have learned by these union goons is that they will do everything in their power to disrupt society - that includes the basic supply lines. We also know that they are incapable of processing abstract concepts like "responsibility", "saving" and "preparation".

Yet another illustration of our what our “highly trained education professionals” really are. AND “conservatives” are handing their children over to THESE people to be trained up in the worldview of these corrupt, ill-informed, lazy, greedy, destructive swine. Why? Because we like our “education” welfare entitlement because it allows us to have extra stuff and less responsibility. Is the extra Bling and “Me time” worth it?
