Either Keyes is lying or he's an idiot. Keyes offers no evidence that Palin wants GOPround to be an icon of conservative legitimacy. And I haven't seen any (about Palin and GOProud). Maybe you don't want to see it. I have, repeatedly. She chooses to be "non-judgmental" when it comes to moral issues, all the time.
My comment was specifically about supposed direct quotes from Palin saying that she wants GOProud to be "an icon of conservative legitimacy". She said no such thing and apparently you agree with me because you've now moved on to some other instances.

She blew it off, like she always does. If it's a moral question, she doesn't want to deal with it. My comment was on point.
"The hottest places in hell are reserved for those who in times of great moral crisis maintain their neutrality." -- Dante
We live in a time of great moral crisis, one that is manifesting itself in many ways, on many fronts. "Leaders" who won't lead in addressing that crisis are worse than useless. They actually serve to feed the destruction.

Alan Keyes Here's a real quote in full context from Palin on the subject of CPAC, GOPround and conservatives who speak at CPAC.
PALIN:And I say no, it's like you being on a panel shoot, with a bunch of the liberal folks whom you have been on and you provide good information and balance, and you allow for healthy debate, which is needed in order for people to gather information and make up their own minds about issues. I look at participation in an event like CPAC or any other event, along, or kind of in that same vein as the more information that people have the better.
Notice that she compares CPAC w/GOProud to a "panel shoot" of "liberal folks".
