I am all for looking out for American interests first. The anti-American mentality in the middle-east is mainly because of American support of Israel.
The result is much higher price for gasoline and heating oil. After giving $200 Billion+ gifts to Israel, since 1948, it is time for Israel to stand on it’s own. If we had budget surpluses, I would have no problem continuing the tax payer gifts. But I can’t see the wisdom of going in deeper hock to China to prop up Israel.
