So why is it the parents don’t have the money to feed their own children? It must be because they don’t pay the teachers enough. Unsustainable. Repeat, unsustainable. The current trends are unsustainable.

So why is it the parents don’t have the money to feed their own children?

Most of what Rush is saying today is all tongue-in-cheek. Lots and lots of sarcasm in his remarks. His school lunch comments came from the fact that articles have been recently published citing that kids go hungry without Government School lunches and the programs may have to be expanded to dinners.

If teachers were paid less, tax rates would be lower, causing parents to have more money. The parents would be able to use more money to buy food for their kids.
