WASHINGTON — President Obama ordered his advisers last August to produce a secret report on unrest in the Arab world, which concluded that without sweeping political changes, countries from Bahrain to Yemen were ripe for popular revolt, administration officials said Wednesday.

Mr. Obama’s order, known as a Presidential Study Directive, identified likely flashpoints, most notably Egypt, and solicited proposals for how the administration could push for political change in countries with autocratic rulers who are also valuable allies of the United States, these officials said.

Translation: How do we get rid of rulers friendly to the US and push for installation of radical Islamic rulers who will be the enemies of the US. Another obvious demonstration of whose side Obama is on.

The agitator has risen to a new level: from mere community agitation to worldwide Islamic revolution.

Once you read through the surprisingly light New York Times spin on this, it is a thoroughly damning piece. The Kenyan Clown personally used our government resources to identify hotspots in the Islamic world which could be "transformed". He then used our government resources to foment Islamic revolution:
