I often wonder about the birth certificate issue, but it's ultimately a lose-lose proposition. Either you end up a fool playing a shell game with Zero or it's President Biden- That's the very definition of lose-lose. It's much easier and far less distracting to attack Zero on his America hating/socialist policies- everyone on the right can agree on that.
