I dont care.
If it happened, he has my empathy. I dont know why this is relevant to his job.
Other than trying to get my sympathy, I dont know what he would expect me to do with this information.

There is a difference between homos and pedophiles. The counselor was a pedophile who liked boys. Lots of pedophiles like girls so are not homos. I had the misfortune to meet one when I was 7 years old. He did not do me physical injury, but the fear, shame and embarrassment about what did happen is still a vivid memory 65 years later. Is this TMI, huh, huh??? Just be glad you don’t have such memories.

Wow, really surprised to read some of the comments on this thread.
It's not his fault he was abused by an evil pervert when he was a kid.
That kind of thing can be really harmful to it's victims. It sounds like Mr Brown has done a good job of not letting it pull him down later in life.
