If someone tried to open something like that, I’d have recourse to get it stopped as it WOULD be violating zoning restrictions.

But since you believe in personal property rights you would NEVER consider taking recourse ....

funny thing about property rights. This guy isnt the only one in the neighborhood with property rights.
