Well, I don’t know. I suppose the lights are trained on the cross, not shooting out of it.
There could be many yards between the cross and the neighbor’s window.
There may be only indirect or ambient light emanating.
That sort of thing.
If you train a floodlight into my bedroom window, I’m going to complain. I am just not sure it’s reached that level of obnoxious.
I live in the area. I’ve seen it on the TV news. It’s not an exaggeration.
