Do we really need a department of Agriculture? How much food do they produce and exactly what does Miss Affirmative Action Sherrod do for us?
To: Nachum
She and her husband already have jobs.
She is a professional victim.

Who is the USDA reaching out to? What is the USDA advocating for or against? More liberal claptrap using auras and emanations that nobody understands.

Where did I miss something...isn't she suing Breitbart because he supposedly made her lose her USDA job with the videotape?
If she was, or is going to be offered a job back with the USDA won't that negate her lawsuit?
I'm not a lawyer, but it seems that would leave her with "no standing"...a favorite liberal law term for "doing nothing".

Breitbart didn’t force USDA to fire her. Obama forced USDA to fire her. Thats her lawsuit. But since they immediately offered to hire her back, I don’t think she has much of a case there either, but Obama is the source of her problem. Her bosses didn’t stand by her, they ran for the high grass as soon as there was bad publicity.
As for Breitbart, his best plan should be to start pounding away on Pigford. There is a major scandal there. Someone needs to get this thing out onto page one.

Sherrod previously worked in rural development for the department when conservative web publisher Andrew Breitbart released a video clip of remarks she made at a recent NAACP conference. The edited video misleadingly gave the impression Sherrod admitted to discriminating against a white farmer. There was nothing "misleading" about it. She was speaking to a set audience and using a prepared, prearranged script written by her own hand.
Apparently the lawsuit is going nowhere and her cash flow is getting thin.
