I think that I’m thankful that we have men and women journalists willing to cover news events that are often difficult and dangerous. If my daughter decided to do this for a living, of course I’d be concerned—but I’d respect her choice. And if she were ever hurt the way this woman was hurt, I’d never say, “See what you did?”

There's difficult and dangerous, and then there's just plain stupid! I'm not faulting her alone. CBS should have seen this, but liberals all have their blinders on when it comes to this situation. They see these people as freedom loving citizens which is an absolute crock.

Again, she didn't have any protection. None. If I were her, I'd rather be in the worst part of Afghanistan surrounded by a Special Forces team than in the middle of Cairo with a cameraman.

Let's just agree to disagree.
