Ummm, I think her story was corroborated by several others, and is probably on film.

Just because she has a “past” to you does not mean this is not true. She deserves sympathy here, not judgement.

Sympathy? Lara Logan is an experienced wartime journalist who has covered war and revolution in the Islamic world. She knew the risks involved in her job and more than likely volunteered to go there. The fact that she is a woman is irrelevant except to the democratic mob that set upon her.

Do you have sympathy for Anderson Cooper who was also hit and beaten?

I have lived a total of nine years in three Islamic countries. Logan was stupid to go into that crowd dressed like she was. I am not saying that she deserved what she got, but it was a very foolish, risky move that I find inexcusable given her long time experience in the region.
