If his father and mother were US citizens when Mitt was born in the US then he is.
I don't support Romney, but just because his father was born in Mexico may not disqualify him. If his father was an American citizen at the time of his birth, then Romney might qualify as "natural born".
As long as his father became a citizen before Romney was born, he is a Natural Born Citizen.
Mitt Romney is, in fact, a natural born citizen. His grandparents were U.S. citizens, Mormon missionaries serving in Mexico, when Mitt’s father, George, was born. George Romney was born a U.S. citizen, and was a U.S. citizen when Mitt was born in the US. Well, technically Detroit is in the U.S.
