Lamh Foistenach Abu! It could also be a failure of the chain of command. It does happen. But the goal is to locate and remove those people, and the Army has a few means by which to do it. None of them involve a civil suit. So my main question is, did she go through chain of command, IG and congressional? If not, then she’s on an ideological mission, not trying to solve the actual problem.
