On the most critical issue of his presidency – the long-term fiscal sustainability of the United States, Barack Obama just voted “present”.
Today Obama delivered a mind numbing budget that includes $26.3 trillion in NEW debt over the next decade. 2011 will see the biggest one-year debt jump in history, or nearly $2 trillion, to reach $15.476 trillion by Sept. 30, the end of the fiscal year. That would be 102.6 percent of GDP – the first time since World War II that dubious figure has been reached. On top of this, Obama plans on strapping our families with a ten-year, $1.5 trillion tax hike.
Jake Tapper of ABC stated today that “At no point in the president’s 10-year projection would the U.S. government spend less than it’s taking in….The plan shows that Obama will not take the lead on any aggressive measure to eliminate the nation’s $14 trillion debt.”

Supplying a ridiculous budget while declaring it is necessary to help us live within our means is an exemplary example of why Obama (and Clinton before him) are “baldfaced liars.” No shame, no hitches in delivery. It fools a lot of people.
I don’t see what everyone is so concerned about.
Obama simply gets the money from his “stash” don’t you know. When his “stash” gets lean, he simply goes out the the White House garden and picks some more money off the money tree to replenish his “stash.”
That’s the reality of the situation and if you know that fact, you will understand and feel better.
They elected Obama because George Bush let the debt get too high.
Bush was a piker compared to “The Won.”

We all need to call our Congressional reps and insist they get behind Rep. Paul Ryan and his budget cutting efforts.

Too many Americans have been used to slurping at the government trough. Tough times are ahead. They will squeal when the trough is not refilled. So what? Be prepared. This entitlement madness is unsustainable. Many are blinded by getting “freebies”. They will not go quietly into the night.

The political constituencies that “own” B.O. (Big Bank/Wall Street, Big Union, Big Media and more EVIL corporations than you know... wink,wink)… are too strong for him to oppose, even if he wanted to. They are determined with his help, to loot the pockets of all of us! “Generous”(with OPM) Liberals are the very definition of GREED, and are so inflamed with lust for money and power they will suck us dry… not knowing (or caring?) that when the parasite kills the host… it dies too! Will GOP STOP or be seduced into JOINING this outrage?!?

Did zero put out this ridiculous budget so that he could play the old, old political game of demonizing conservatives for making “draconian” cuts that force seniors to eat dog food? It does seem so, in which case we must call his bluff and explain this old charade to the people.
We must inform the public that zero has directly caused commodity inflation and that his deficits will require ever higher taxes that even lower income people will be forced to pay just to service the debt.
