I think it is the starches. Many of our favorite veggies are chock full of them.
could be. i was wondering, if you stayed to the list, what would be the harm in a 1/2 handful of lettuce and 1/2 handful of cucumber.
the fruit. i really don’t like to each much fruit anymore. i’d prefer to eat applesauce (no sugar, skin on, or cook the apple) rather than eat it raw. hurts the jaw, to eat it raw. (rhyming totally intentional)
