Benazir killing: Court orders Musharraf arrest

Posted: Sun Feb 13 2011, 00:37 hrs Islamabad:

Days after former president Pervez Musharraf was made an accused in the assassination of PPP leader Benazir Bhutto, a non-bailable arrest warrant was on Saturday issued against him to secure his presence in the court to stand trial.

An anti-terrorism court in Rawalpindi conducting the trial of five suspects charged with involvement in the Bhutto assassination case issued the warrant against 67-year-old Musharraf, who lives in self exile in Britain, after hearing arguments of prosecution to secure his presence in the court.

The Federal Investigation Agency also submitted a detailed chargesheet that named Musharraf as an accused in the case related to the murder of Bhutto in 2007. The judge subsequently adjourned the case till February 19.

The FIA had earlier this week named Musharraf as an accused and declared him “absconder” for failing to cooperate in the probe into the assassination.

The detailed chargesheet said that there was a conspiracy behind Bhutto’s assassination, and that Musharraf allegedly provided slain Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan chief Baitullah Mehsud with the opportunity to carry out a suicide attack on Bhutto by failing to provide her adequate security.

A report compiled by the FIA’s investigation team said: “Musharraf was equally responsible for facilitation and abetment of the assassination of Benazir Bhutto through his government and justified failure in providing her the requisite security protection that her status demanded twice. There was a security lapse.”

Islamist hardliners are emboldened by the other overthrows in the wake of Egypt and the obvious complicity of Obozo in bring them about. They will never have a better opportunity, so they are throwing accusations against the wall to see if they can make them stick. Pak's have nukes and are about to be under control of the crazies. The only thing standing in their way is the Pak Military. Discredit Musharraf and the path is open for them to assume power. Obozo again will aid and abbet.

It is TIME to expose “the Won” without papers for what he is, a FRAUD.

The information is out there, if the right people want it exposed.

We are witnessing the merger of the “Left” and the “Islamist Crazies” against the free nations of the world........

It is no longer drip...drip...drip, it is a raging river.

Time for Action.....

Pak has been on the way down the same road as Iran for some time, with the aid of Obama. The wannabe kaliph won’t rest until he has a nuclear conflict going.

According to my very unscientific poll of NYC cab drivers of Pakistani origin over the past few years, Benazir Bhutto was murdered by h er husband, Zardari. 100% to 0%. Power, family rivalry and money the motives.

Hmmm...Why would Obama want to engage in nuclear warfare?

Hopefully, He won't be anymore successful than he was in Egypt.

Mubarak and his loyal military SO punked him.

Musharraf may be safe in England. Indicators point to England being aware of who 'bummer is in bed with and I don't believe they share any actual sensitive information with him and cohorts anymore.

I suspicion most of Europe is firmly aware now of who 'bummers friends are and what their agenda is.

Things have started to unravel for 'bummer - it may be a race to see which happens first: He's brought down by those in the know or he has a narcissistic implosion from the 'audacity' of people opposing him.

I'm more worried about a nuclear incident here - he mentioned, casually, last year that "America could survive" a nuclear incident in one of our big cities.

Wouldn't such an incident be providential next year?

Gosh, it would probably require Martial Law - in time to eliminate elections in 2012

Yes, long overdue. Bring it on. The arrests, charges, trials, convictions and punishment of the Traitors.
