Walter Williams documents this “phenomenon” in his excellent autobiography, “Up From The Projects”. When you expect less from people because of some “disadvantage”, you do more harm to them in the long run. What our diversity and affirmative action policies have done is give us someone who is utterly unprepared and unqualified to handle the job. Period.
