I'm torn on the whole Egypt issue, but THIS is something I find unacceptable. Why are we naming our tax funded projects after anyone except Americans?
Obama's favorite sport.
On behalf of all our brothers and sisters around the sphere that crave, desire, love, respect, and fight for their Liberites: (thank you Google)
Young Iran Woman Shot In The Heart (Graphic Video)
“shocking video leaked from Iran, featuring the murder of a girl. The blogosphere is united, her death is the symbol of freedom activists.”

Ridiculous if true. What a joke we’ve become.
Hell..., just change the US flag to show 25 crescent moons and 25 stars....
Sure; how about any of the countless Americans killed by illegal aliens? Heck, is it too politically incorrect to name it after a serviceman/woman who died serving their country? I’m glad Americans no longer support funding NASA; a lot of money with little recent gain. As somebody put it, they had jumped the shark when the news story was who was on the shuttle rather than what it’s mission was.
I’m not sure if I buy it either, honestly. But it seemed like something worth posting for discussion.
Just the IDEA pisses me off, though.
Ping
... or wishful thinking on the part of 'Egyptian daily Al-Masry-al-Youm'.
NASA takes at least 6 months to plan on taking a dump. No way they could decide on a name in under 18 days ...
Thank you FRiend. :)
This is incredible. I'm sorry, after 9-11 I still beleive Islam declared war on us. There is no other enemey in the world (ex. maybe China?) that can and will want to destroy our very being.
This PC s___ has gone too far.
>> Just the IDEA pisses me off, though.
If that person represented more fight than your neighbor, would you still be pissin’?
Why don’t we name it after an American victim of crime?
I don’t understand what you’re getting at.
>> I dont understand what youre getting at.
Fair enough, FRiend. I had to scroll back to get a grasp on the point myself...
I jumped ahead of the subject and thought of the young lady that was killed in Iran.
I hoped to emphasize the disparity between those fighting for their lives opposed to those neighbors that don’t seem to give a shit.
I looked to see if this was from the Onion. Surely this cannot be true? Please tell me this is a big joke?
I just cannot believe this. I had to make sure it wasn't John Semmons posting it. John, is that you? Don't you know FR has prohibitions against secondary accounts? At least, I HOPE it is you.
I am just going to wait until I see this in another source before I believe it.
Yeah.
Can’t support (real) revolution in Iran against radical Muslims.
Can’t support (real) government in Egypt against radically-prone Muslim extremists.
Hmmmn..... What is the common feature here?
