I understand your disdain for the term “Birther”...as it was foisted upon those who have doubts about Obama’s “Inaccurate Conception”, a term used by the Obama Supporters (MSNBC and FoxNews).
I use the term Birther as it is easier to write...I guess I am not as offended with the term.
I am more offended by the so-called “conservatives” who have supported and aided Obama by attacking Birthers and those who ask for the truth.....I am referring to people like Ann Coulter, Andrew Brokeback, Glenn Beck, and a few others.
Those who attack the people asking the questions about Obama’s Inaccurate Conception are just helping Obama for 2012. Just think, without the attacks....we may never have had ObamaCare passed....a Democrat minority in both House and Senate....State governments gone even more conservative....as Obama would have been politically crippled by now.
Those phony conservatives who attack those asking about Obama’s background have been the biggest boost to the Democrat party.
“Doubter” is just as short...and it was not “birthed” on DU.
The trick was to link documenters with 9-11 truthers which makes it even more insulting.
The American Thinker was among this group that ignored Obama’s eligibility. I am pleased though that they are finally giving it some coverage.
Barack Hussein Obama, Jr is clearly ineligible to have presented himself as a candidate for POTUS according to the accepted, traditional, or even customary American view of Article II of the Constitution.
But, Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. did present himself as a candidate. He was placed on the ballot of all 50 states. He was elected by a 53% popular vote plurality. He was elected by The electoral college. He was sworn in by the CJ, twice. He is, ineligibility and all, the sitting POTUS.
The case has been brought before the courts innumerable times by now, and with the exception of the Supreme Court of the State of Indiana, has not yet been heard on its merits. BTW The Indiana Supremes ruled he WAS a Natural Born citizen.
Bottom line: We cannot get Obama out. We may be able to keep him from running again in 2012 if one state legislature is able to get one state AG to do his job by making documentation of eligibility mandatory by statute, prior to gaining access to the ballot. This power ALREADY resides at this level, but has not been exercised. Hence, the perceived need for laws to make exercising the power mandatory. In the meantime, an ineligible man is POTUS. That which should not be, is.
