Seth Foster, 23, said he found his family garage in disarray last summer and sent his dog in the building to investigate.
Grizz, a blue heeler, returned with the culprit, a young raccoon.
As two teenage boys watched, one of them filming its actions with a cell phone, Grizz killed the coon, Foster said.
Now, Foster is facing a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty resulting in death, which is punishable by a maximum of 90 days in jail and a $500 fine. A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 25 in Jackson County District Court.

Next time I find a live housefly big enough, I’m gonna capture it and tear it’s wings off with my camcorder running in macro-focus. Then, I’ll add to the video some pretend audio so it’ll sound like you can hear the screams of the little bugger (”I have a wife and 120 maggots!...”), upload it to YouTube and wait for cries of “animal cruelty”.
All kidding aside (not), does anyone know where I can find some deep fried grasshoppers or chocolate covered ants?
Uh-oh...my cat’s going to be in BIG trouble.....she’s a serial killer of all kinds of varmints and critters.
(The dog’s an excellent retriever, but hasn’t killed anything on his own yet, so he’s safe.)

i’m waiting to see what snyder comes out with in his budget plan, and what the unions do when they go to the bargaining table this year. i half expect to see it done away with before it hits the court challenge stage.

Guess I will have to sign this ‘anonymous’ lest I get sent to the ‘big house’.
I used to capture flies in mid air, pull one wing off and left them run in circles till their heart gave out.
