homosexuals are using the courts just like the normal people used the courts to force their views on them.
The courts enforce laws. In the case of homosexuals they are making law. Are you suggesting that people using the courts for robbery, rape and murder cases are forcing their morality on robbers, murderers and rapists? Those are all immorality laws.
The problem with using government to force your view of morality
No one is trying to force their morality on homosexuals. They are trying to stop them from forcing deviancy on the rest of us. 2% of the population has the rest of us at bay. And you are suggesting we should simply let them continue? I think not.
Jim Crow etc has nothing to do with sexual deviancy.
the best answer is do not give the government the power to enforce any of it.
Your "solution" is to let deviants control the rest of us through activist courts.
All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
