If you get a chance, could you tell me the dummies' version wether Sarah Palin is really "okay" with GOProud being included in conservatve get togethers? Which of course CPAC is not...

Let me try to help you. Sarah Palin has never attended CPAC. She is not on their Board of Directors. She has no vested interest in CPAC.
Given that she’s declined all of their invitations, and is thereby totally unfamiliar with CPAC, why should she be concerned at all with the organization?

Her only comment that I can see is that she backs their freedom of speech at CPAC. She’s never been to CPAC. And it is run by liberals and muslim sympathizers.
