.......testified that he and his friends in two other vehicles drove into an isolated campsite about eight miles outside of Kerby That is the "nut" of it folks. Castle doctrine. Now maybe short arm was out to rob the man or maybe not. But he and his buds roared into this mans living room. Not guilty.

Yes, plenty of room to roar around those 8 miles without going into the man's campsite and telling him he has no right to it (yeah, they did “This place isn't just for Miners” they said, in his campsite).

He did have a right to it. It was his mining claim. It was his campsite next to his mining claim.

It was his de facto “living room”. And they roared into it and told him he had no right to it and they were going to leave in their own good time if at all.
