You would think in America these liberals would have gotten past this. Yes Libs we can have a black Supreme Court Justice that is free to rule on the merits of cases in his own volition.

If Thomas recuses himself from this case, it will set a dangerous precedent. In any given case, one could argue that any given justice should recuse himself for any given reason. It’s only a matter of how cleverly the pile of bull$#!+ is arranged.
