So if she can’t serve in the House, does AZ law provide for at least her TEMPORARY replacement?

Sorry for the brain-freeze. This would be a matter for the House to decide according to the COTUS.

Jan Brewer is not going to make any suggestion at all that Congresswoman Gifford be replaced, even temporarily.

It’s apolitical hotcake that is best left untouched.

For now it helps us because she is one less far leftie vote for the dems.
