This freeper is very suspicious as to whether this teacher is guilty. She was supposedly doing this over the course of a year, yet no physical evidence emerged, and no teachers or parents noticed anything. All of a sudden, half the class has a story when the police start asking. It sounds like a mini-version of the McMartin or Amirault cases. Maybe she's guilty, but it's far from proven at this point. I hope the media don't rush to convict her in the press, althoug it sounds like that has already happened.

Full disclosure: I don't know the teacher nor any of the students or parents.

She obviously had a hard time staying on task.

If none of them died she obviously wasn’t
trying very hard.

If her task was enforcing standards and discipline in the classroom, then she was in fact on task.

I commend her for her commitment to excellence.

How does choking the children tell which ones are witches?

I mean, EVERYONE knows all you have to do is determine whether they weigh the same as a duck...

Laz might “hit it” even without the paint.

She’ll be in a new school next year.
Or sitting in a room with a bunch of other teachers on disciplinary leave, with full pay.

Did you see “Waiting for Superman:?

on another note that TV coverage was disgusting. They may as well have pronounced her sentence.

The school system learned of the arrest Tuesday and sent a letter to parents of Greencastle students Tuesday afternoon. "Counseling and support services are being made available to students and their families at the school," Tofig told NBC Washington in an e-mail statement Tuesday afternoon.

Ever wonder why your property taxes are through the roof? Because schools spend a fortune to bring in an army of high paid "counselors" and "support services" at the drop of a dime. Not only is it a waste of money, it whips people up into even more of a frenzy.

These days, reading a headline like this you have to wonder if this was part of a sexual encounter?

My son’s Kindergarten teacher was pinching the students for things like forgetting to put their name on an activity page.

She left no marks. I did not know it was happening until my 6 year old freaked out one day about his name on the page FIRST, FIRST, FIRST!.

Yes I confronted the situation. No, come to find out my child wasn’t the only one being abused, she was also pulling hair of some students.

She was about 70, and didn’t see a thing wrong with it. She lost her job.

I never attended Parochial schools, but don’t nuns whack students with rulers. Or is that an urban myth. Inquiring minds want to know.

When I lived in the area, I couldn't stand Pat Collins. His reports seemed sleazy and dumb.
