If there’s any silver lining to having a Democrat dominated state, it could be that there’s no way anyone can blame evil Republican policies for California problems now.

Apparently you don't follow politics much. Two years into his term Obama is still blaming Bush/Republicans for all our national problems -- and getting away with it. And two years from now CA Democrats will still be blaming Schwarzenegger and Republicans for Ca's woes. It's the Democrat way: never take responsibility for anything.
