Gee, I don’t watch TV, sue me. I presented only what I had heard, mention that I don’t necessarily believe the spin and you attack me. There really is no reason for me to research O’Donnell as I could never vote for her, and time is at a premium. A simple link to an article, or link to a written response from her campaign would have been better than spiteful words.
There maybe something there and then again the FEC may well drop any efforts. I don’t know where the investigations stand at this point.
She did raise somewhere around $7 million and spent most of it or so it’s claimed. I’ve not looked at the FEC filings.
However some of the charges seem to center around using some of the money to pay rent/mortgage or whatever on the domicle where she was staying. That is or isn’t permitted under the FEC rules depending upon who you are listening to.

snip.....
Although O’Donnell’s campaign has denied wrongdoing, she has acknowledged she paid part of her rent at times with campaign money, arguing that her house doubled as a campaign headquarters.
Federal law prohibits candidates from spending campaign money for personal benefit. FEC rules state that this prohibition applies to the use of campaign money for a candidate’s mortgage or rent “even if part of the residence is being used by the campaign,” although O’Donnell’s campaign maintained that it was told otherwise by someone at the agency.
