I don’t think the food stamp exemption will pass the smell test by the Feds. Better check that one out with a lawyer.... Hopefully, a lawyer that can read English.
The food stamp consumer/thief already gets a pass on taxes that you and I have to pay on certain products.
Its good that the moocher class doesnt have to pay the bag fee...if they did, then not only would I have to pay for my bag fee, but also the bag fee of the moocher
