There shouldn't be any question that Freepers have the moral clarity to recognize which side is right in this fight.

IMO its difficult to overestimate how wacked-out radical the left has become - they have the network, money, shock troops and are motivated.
Assuming the worst of intentions for them is the safest policy. I'm with Beck on this one.

Kristol is completely ignorant on this subject.
The question is, is it intentional.

Kristol’s squishy RINOism is the main reason I no longer subscribe to the WS...and if Sarah Palin is elected his head will explode.

Bill Kristol, Rich Lowry and Joe Klein Gang Up on Glenn Beck
We all know there is an unholy alliance between the extreme left and anti-American extremists everywhere..but the Muslim Brotherhood did not..repeat..did not start the protests in Egypt...high prices, high unemployment and strong arm tactics cause them. That is not to say they wouldn't love to have a Caliphate or take over the protests. Which brings me to the problem I have with what Beck is doing right now...
Beck is giving too much credit and advertisement to a marginalized fraction of the population. Sorry..it's a dumb thing to do right now.

“and if Sarah Palin is elected his head will explode.”
I think you need to revisit Kristol’s stance on Palin.

I read David's great contribution on this some years back when it came out. As always, the media ignored sound research from the right.
Bill wants to be a TV contrarian like Krauthammer and can't heft he gravitas he is shooting for without missteps like this.

The only “side” that is right is that we should never have gotten into this mess. To translate, that means that we should have NEVER extorted U.S. tax money and given to either Israel or the sadistic torturer welfare bum, Mubarak.
To: Eyes Unclouded
Bill Kristol only advanced Palin's name because he thought she would drag down the 2008 Republican ticket.
Kristol is a complete hack. A person cannot be that ignorant... he is a progressive.

Realize why Beck is doing this: Glenn Beck believes he has discovered a global machine, which allows his mind to see the cogs of this machine in any disruption within a society, anywhere ont he planet. He might be onto something, but the problem is we won't know until the 'hopey dopey change has already happened. If he is correct, however, there is a domino effect and this gives time to see the pattern. If Egypt goes radical Is slam sharia then we can be sure Glenn was on the right track in his perception.

I don't have time to read that entire thread.
Did anyone offer an explanation for the involvement of various leftist entities such as Code Pink, Bill Ayers, George Soros, GOOGLE (for crying out loud), etc. in the recent Egyptian unrest?

The stance of Kristol’s magazine is decidedly anti-Palin and he is the editor. His personal, half-stepping, kinda-sorta approval of Sarah is not impressive to me.

So we should believe that that muslim brotherhood is akin to the boy scouts and then when the middle east is observing Sharia law we’ll say to ourselves.......gee, Beck was right?

Showing the limits of the neo-com vision. Their secularism is a blind spot. As Mark Stein pointed out yesterday, the culture in the Middle East has become visibly more Islamic than it was thirty years ago. The PLO, originally secular in character, inviting even Christians into leadership positions, became more religious in Arafat’s last years. Hamas is just a louder version of the Muslim Brotherhood. Ditto Hizbollah. Syria is more openly an ally of Iran. Afghanistan is a lost cause, and even Iraq has become a fiery furnace for a Christian community that goes back to apostolic times. The Jews of Bagdad are all gone:soon it was be the Christians who are gone. How long will the Bagdad government remain friendly to the United States? Forget the technicality of the Caliphate. The Muslim world is reverting to what it was in the 17th century, reasserting itself against a weakening “Christian” world.

Of course they did...our own Kristinn was one of the authors.
Beck has taken what we all have known for years (like he has done for the past two plus years without ever mentioning this website BTW) and announced it like it's all a sudden an epiphany of his own and is acting all freaked out about it...giving aid and advertisement to a fanning of the flames across the ME.
It's all very reckless...our state dept (which I'm sure is way to liberal for my taste) must be wondering what the h@ck is he thinking injecting himself into the situation like this....

Yes. He is a Globalist. One Worlder. Beck is not. Kristol is a Bilderberger member if that gives anyone a clue. He is working to help form the Amero Zone eventually. USA, Canada, and Mexico. The NWO is trying to form up the Arab zone starting with Egypt. They think the Euro Zone is such a good thing.
