Oh please. Harman has been in the House for 20 yrs - that's not a quitter, unlike a certain half-term governor. At age 65, she's just deciding to move on to a think-tank and out of political office. Unfortunately for her constituents, this opportunity didn't come before the regular election cycle so it'll cost her district. She was often targeted for being too "right-wing" or as a "DINO."
