Bill Clinton, President of the World thinks we're in an alternate reality? I would say that's probably true, and that it's a good thing.
From the article, quoting Clinton:
You can get the best health care in the world in America if you are Bill Clinton, or David Gergen or Turki Faisal, but that’s not the same thing as having the best system that works for everybody.
That's because the "best system that works for everybody" looks a lot like Cuba. Even in a system where people get better treatment than I do because they have more money, for the money I have, I get better treatment than I could get anywhere else. I'll take that over Cuba or England or Canada any day.
