a 66% income tax just hit our paychecks last weekEchoing the misleading newspaper headline (How they LOVE to inflame things!). Any time people quote percentages instead of actual numbers - beware.
Under the legislation, the personal income tax rate would "temporarily" rise to 5% from 3%. The rate for corporate taxes would rise to 7% from 4.8%.
