Is Barack Obama the "promised warrior" coming to help the Hidden Imam of Shiite Muslims conquer the world?The question has made the rounds in Iran since last month, when a pro-government Web site published a Hadith (or tradition) from a Shiite text of the 17th century. The tradition comes from Bahar al-Anvar (meaning Oceans of Light) by Mullah Majlisi, a magnum opus in 132 volumes and the basis of modern Shiite Islam. According to the tradition, Imam Ali Ibn Abi-Talib (the prophet's cousin and son-in-law) prophesied that at the End of Times and just before the return of the Mahdi, the Ultimate Saviour, a "tall black man will assume the reins of government in the West." Commanding "the strongest army on earth," the new ruler in the West will carry "a clear sign" from the third imam, whose name was Hussein Ibn Ali. The tradition concludes: "Shiites should have no doubt that he is with us." In a curious coincidence Obama's first and second names--Barack Hussein--mean "the blessing of Hussein" in Arabic and Persian. His family name, Obama, written in the Persian alphabet, reads O Ba Ma, which means "he is with us," the magic formula in Majlisi's tradition.
BTW, what we call Obama's incompetence depends on his goals. If his goal is to destroy the American economy, he has done quite well. If his goal is to betray our traditional allies, he has done quite well. If his goal is to foment trouble in Egypt (he has for months now had his agents laying the groundwork for the trouble in Egypt), he has been quite successful.
You may not agree (and, again, you may in the end be correct) but there is a rather extensive case to be made that Obama is attempting to create a fundamental muslim Caliphate and install himself as Caliph.
In the end, there is also plenty of evidence that Obama has personally created and micromanaged his messianic iconography. It was his idea to speak at the Victory Column in Berlin and it was his idea to use the Pergamon Altar (Throne of Satan) as the backdrop to his Denver speech. As he said to Harry Reid, "I have a gift"...he was referring to his ability to use teleprompters to deliver a speech heavily laden with neuro-linguistic programming cues and techniques. That cannot be instructed from behind the scenes by puppet masters. Either he has the ability and the will to use it...or he doesn't.
That said, he did use it and accordingly hypnotize huge numbers of liberals.
Long story short, as much as he appears to be an idiot from a conservative POV, he has been quite effective at accomplishing his apparent goals so far.
