I’m not a farmer but maybe someone here will do the math. Even I know that if you put two roosters in the same barnyard, they’re gonna fight. That is, until the losing rooster’s instinct tells him it’s time to break off and haul @ss. No razor spurs, no fight to the death, the dominant bird wins and the fight is over.
Fighting cocks are equipped with deadly razors and they fight until one of the opponents is dead. I suppose putting two unequipped birds in the ring and watching the loser run away to maybe fight again another day isn’t as much sport as the lethal contest.
I could be wrong. Thoughts?
