I thought so too. Unlike Danials she was able to talk social issues and fiscal issues and defense all in one speech and weave them togher under the banner of individual freedom. It was a foundational speech much like Reagans’s time for choosing. she layed the groundwork for why she wants to run. Renew, revive, restore.
