The horrible audio is part of why I posted the first post I did on this thread—about how “listen to what she says not how she says it.”

I was pretty frustrated that a really fabulous speech by Palin would never get the distribution it deserved because the #@$!@#$ audio was #$Q@#$@ fu$#’ed up.

If there isn’t video, it didn’t happen. We all know that by now. If there isn’t video with good audio, and it’s Sarah Palin, it double-plus didn’t happen.

Damn, I’m frustrated about the audio . . .

Yes, she kept the right tone throughout. She kept the focus on Reagan as she recounted all the things that are wrong with the current administration.

She continued to refer back to what Reagan would have thought and done about them.

I know she was right to keep it about Reagan and the country and not about her, but I was still foolishly hoping that she would announce.

I’m glad she made the right decision about that. She will do it at the right time.

Did anyone else catch the phrase: “Don’t retreat............just get up and keep going.” Something like that. Everyone knew that she wanted to say “reload” and said it to themselves as I did. Haha.

God bless your wonderful husband!!! I stood to cheer and my husband was very pleased. He thinks she’s the only trustworthy and honest politician since President Reagan.

OH my beloved husband( we will celebrate 52 years of marriage Valentine's Day) is such a Palin supporter!!!! We both are!
I think a lot is going to come together for her in the next few months.

Well, maybe they jiggled the connector after I turned over to FNC . . . but the audio wasn’t especially good over there either.

I suspect the problem was related to the FNC cut-in to C-SPAN’s audio . . . the audio on C-SPAN of the person doing the intro was immaculate . . .

In late and missed the first part of the speech, but what I did see was exactly what I expected. To those who criticize, Sarah was not there to toot her own horn. She was there to HONOR Ronald Reagan. And she did it with class and dignity. If anyone wanted a hoorah for ME speech, Sarah was standing where Ronald Reagan was the “ME.” It was magnificent and I wouldn’t change a darned thing!
