The next piece of legislation through the house should be outlawing waivers.
I saw another thread this morning where they were “opening investigations” into the waivers, but they need to do this simultaneously.
Repeal the 10th Amendment. It is no longer needed and the source of many problems.
Appropriations and oversight. The Secretary should be called to account for any executive order that serves the bill. But no doubt that the Obama administration believes in fait accomplit. The only way to stop this is by setting up road blocks.
Here’s something to consider:
The Senate voted 47-51 to reject the repeal of Obummercare the other day.
However, this vote came AFTER Judge Vinson ruled the law unconstitutional.
A vote to support an unconstitutional law is most certainly a violation of the oath taken by every Senator to “support and defend” the Constitution!
And no, we do NOT have to wait for the Sleeping Nine to issue a ruling. The Constitution begins with the words “We The People” for a reason.
Prior to the 17th Amendment, I’m sure several of these clowns would be recalled to their respective state capitols to explain, pronto!
