I am a hundred percent unconcerned if “the rug gets pulled out from under us.”
He’d still have to answer for some bizarre stonewalling for two plus years, in that case. I don’t think “birthers” have anything to apologize for or worry about.

It’s a loser in the courts, but like you said...he’s got some explaining to do now and the states look like they’re getting ready to trump his hand by putting long form BC requirements to be able to get on the ballot.
If one or two states do this and Barry kisses them off...he’s toast. The whole BC thing will come down on him like a bucket of water. I can guarantee you that someone in the Electoral College will demand to see the long form BC this time.
There is no way for the end game to be good for Obama. Even if he is totally legit with nothing to hide, he will still look like a petty, childish game player.
If he does this we can demand he explain why he let a decorated Army Surgeon go to jail instead of producing the document.
Either way the good guys win.
