Three More Videos Show Planned Parenthood Helping Sex Traffickers
Washington, DC -- Live Action released today three more videos from the undercover investigations it conducted earlier this month of Planned Parenthood abortion centers helping alleged sex traffickers obtain abortions for underage girls.

Falls Church, Charlottesville and Roanoke, and these videos are going to Ken Cuccinelli.
Would this not fall under the Ricco act?
Drip, drip, drip ... This is water torture Internet style. Gotta love it.
I hope they start flipping these little fish to catch the bigger ones.
“Prosecute these employees...”
What are the charges?
conspiracy!
BTW, if RICO charges stick, Planned Parenthood could be on the hook.
One possible issue is that because this was a sting, the wasn't any actual child prostitution or rape going on. Plenty of case law built around police sting and undercover operations seems to say that doesn't matter.
What will Planned Parenthood call these three additional videos?
Three more isolated cases? An unfair trap because they should have revealed them all?
It was very clever of the investigators to only release one first and not reveal the others.
Come on. I don’t like these people, but I don’t like prosecutors ‘finding’ charges against people just becasue I don’t like them either. There was no child prostitution or rape. PP did not provide abortions. There may be some reporting requirements mandated by law that they did not fulfill. I don’t know. But I doubt that would be criminal conduct anyway.
This is a political problem requiring a political solution. The video is useful for unmasking them for what they are. I doubt it proves criminality.
Problem with RICO, there’s no actual crime committed - no actual pimping of underage sex slaves. And this is a private sting, not a gov’t one, so there’s not going to be any prosecution.
Anyone know if the gov’t has prosecuted after private stings? That TV set-up where the perverts think they’re going to meet some child they talked to on-line? The private citizens who go on jihad websites trying to discover potential terrorists?
There were definitely prosecutions and convictions of the many of the perverts Chris Hansen caught on Dateline’s “To Catch a Predator”. However, he was working in conjunction with law enforcement on most of them, with the cops waiting outside to arrest the pervs.
In his earliest sting, I believe he was working without law enforcement, and I don’t believe any charges were filed in those cases.
Conspiracy to obstruct justice is a crime I believe.
When cops pose as little kids on the internet to catch pedophiles, there is no actual child being harmed, either.
Should we let those folks go?
The Canadian hacker used malware to download a pedo-diary and kiddie porn images from Kline's computer. He turned the evidence over to PedoWatch who turned it over to the Irvine PD who turned it over to the D.A. who prosecuted.
The case was appealed and the 9th Circuit Court ruled that the investigation was "private" and thus did not implicate the 4th and 9th Amendment and the exclusionary rule.
They said the hacker acted with the intent to aid law enforcement. But that wasnt enough to make him an agent of the government himself, the appellate judges said.
A private person cannot act unilaterally as an agent or instrument of the state; there must be some degree of governmental knowledge and acquiescence. In the absence of such official involvement, a search is not governmental, the panel said.
Um, repeated counseling of how to provide birth control, hide, and get abortions for underage prostitutes is a “political problem”? Wow, just wow.
If they have committed a crime, then charge them. Apply this to anyone you want. I doubt the videos in question are proof of criminality.
