a simple one sentence long bill

There is NO WAY such a short bill could possibly result in the prevention of slick, duplicitous, immoral politicians, lawyers, and their enablers from FAKING the necessary documents ala Obama.

All of these bills better be VERY specific and demanding in that the documents handed in by the prospective candidate MUST be verified by looking at the SOURCE document, and all supporting SOURCE documents.

For presidential candidates, this should be done by the Secret Service and the FBI, as well as legal representatives from each party involved. Experts may be called in as needed.

That may be the only way to avoid the use of altered or newly created documents.
